Series Premise
Emma Casey was first in her class in every class and also excelled at every sport she ever played.
When she graduated from Stanford Law School she was pursued by the top firms. She was smart,
athletic, attractive, and seemed to have the perfect life. Unfortunately, Emma had a secret – a
spectral secret. Emma’s many skills all came from one very special gift and with this gift came
unimaginable responsibility and sometimes terror. Emma was a channel; perhaps the greatest channel
in the history of the human race. Her particular channeling gift was to be able to tap into the
skills of dead people. From her earliest memories she was able to do this. Now, as an adult, she
knew much of life and the after-life. She knew that life was precious and to be enjoyed and that
there were evil souls intent on corrupting love and destroying happiness. She knew that it was her
responsibility to help mankind achieve their potential and to do everything she could to confront
and restrain evil in all forms. Instead of taking a lucrative job with a high profile law firm she
became a prosecuting attorney in Los Angeles - the City of Angels. This is where our story begins.
Trademarked And Copyrighted
The Channel, Adventures of The Channel, Emma Casey, James Wozniak, Amber Kincade, Bruzer, etc. are
fictional characters created by me. They are trademarked and copyrighted and they are my property.
All characters and events in the stories are imagined. That means I made them up and they have
nothing to do with the real world or real people, living, dead, or umm... undead. Emma Casey has
been my protagonist's name since I invented The Channel in 2005. Her last name must be Casey
for story line reasons that will be revealed in the future. I picked her first name since she
behaves something like Emma Peel. I did a quick Internet scan on the names I'm using but out of
some 7,000,000,000 people it seems like every name is already in use. If you have a problem with my
use of a particular name contact me
to discuss it.
